Enhancing purchasers’ soft skills
It is no longer sufficient to just impress through professional know-how in order to be a good purchaser. Requirements on the purchaser’s "soft skills" are increasing continuously. Intercultural negotiations, solving complex problems or management-aligned set-up of documents like presentations, are skills without which a professional purchaser can hardly do without today. We also support your procurement in these training fields with our training offer.
Special training programs for managers
Furthermore, we offer special training programs for managers: Managing directors/executive board members who are in charge of procurement and procurement managers have the opportunity to develop themselves further both professionally as well as personally in one-to-one coaching sessions with experienced trainers. Training sessions for managers are possible during a procurement project as on-the-job training with coaching meetings that are held on a regular basis. Alternatively, the trainer can take part in meetings or negotiations as a "shadow coach". In this way, the trainers have the opportunity to observe behavioral patterns and actions in live situations, and to identify developmental potential.
