Implementation of an international P&L-oriented measurement system for savings in the transport and logistics industry

An international logistics group enlisted the consultants from HÖVELER HOLZMANN CONSULTING to set up a group-wide system for the measurement of procurement savings. This system should be accepted in the own department as well as in the responsible finance and controlling departments of Deutsche Post DHL AG.

Nico Gösser,
Principal

Nico Gösser is a Principal at HÖVELER HOLZMANN and works in strategic consulting for supply chain management, procurement optimization and transformation. He specializes in clients from the retail, furniture and manufacturing industries. Nico Gösser studied Technical Business Administration at the TH Georg Agricola and specialized in European Studies in Technology and Business at the FH Südwestfalen.

Before joining HÖVELER HOLZMANN, he worked as a Principal at P3 group and managed international organizational changes, process optimizations and supply chain projects in the global automotive and supplier industry.

He then moved to FORVIA HELLA, where he was responsible for corporate strategy and M&A as Senior Manager. There he led the global strategy development process at top management level and initiated optimization processes, particularly in purchasing and production.

As Head of Supply Chain Transformation, he coordinated the restructuring and optimization of the supply chain with over 50 individual topics in a German, family-run retail company.
