Dr. Bernhard Höveler,
Managing Partner

For more than 20 years, Dr. Bernhard Höveler has been working on optimizing Procurement. He studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne, with an emphasis on Procurement Optimization, and went on to earn his doctoral degree focused on a Procurement topic from both the University of Cologne and the University of Nebraska in the US. His dissertation was awarded the Science Prize from the German Association for Materials Management, Purchasing, and Logistics (BME e.V.). Before launching HÖVELER HOLZMANN, Dr. Höveler served as Managing Partner of a Procurement Consultancy and Project Manager specializing in Procurement Optimization with A.T. Kearney.

Florian Holzmann,
Managing Partner

Florian Holzmann is a specialist in Information Management and Process Optimization for Supply Chain Management and Procurement. He studied Business Informatics at the University of Cologne, with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management. Prior to launching HÖVELER HOLZMANN, he served as a Project Manager at a Consultancy focusing on Procurement Optimization, and worked for IBM Global Business Services in Strategy & Change and Extended Supply Chain Management.
