You can choose where to work: here at our office, at the customer’s premises (some projects), or at home. Additionally, thanks to valantic's company-wide open office policy, 32 locations in the DACH region are available to you.

Consultants receive a BahnCard 50 for standard class travel. You also get a mobility budget that you can use for a company car or a JobRad bicycle. If none of the options suit you, you can receive your budget as pay instead.
During your first week here, you and all the other new staff will be onboarded, so you can learn everything you need to about our business and know your way around right from the outset.

Rest is key, which is why every employee gets 30 days’ vacation each year. You also get two days of special leave for our annual team trip. Our latest adventure in May 2023 saw us all exploring the charming city of The Hague.

Our office is located in central Düsseldorf, right behind the Kö. It offers bright and modern spaces, height-adjustable tables, ergonomic chairs, and free fruit and drinks. Table soccer, table tennis, and PlayStation are also available.
