Projects vary, ranging from a span of two months up to two years.

Project nature dictates its structure. For instance, conventional cost-saving projects initiate with a data assimilation phase for needs assessment, followed by market analysis, strategy formation, tendering, negotiations, and culminating in new supplier contract execution.

 

For client procurement evolution projects, we assess the current purchasing structure, offering comprehensive training or restructuring as required.

 

For supply chain projects, we commence with a value chain analysis, identify optimization avenues through best practices, design solutions, and finally, implement supply chain-specific actions coupled with monitoring mechanisms.

We endorse your continual learning with an annual allocation. You have six to eight designated developmental days per annum, applicable for tailored training from our education catalog or individual growth activities. Additionally, the valantic Academy's blended learning approach, combining group sessions with self-paced learning, facilitates enduring knowledge assimilation and intra-group networking.

You can ascend to a partner or hone into a domain expert. We don’t enforce rigid promotion timelines or fixed growth trajectories. Your aspirations and performance dictate your progression.

In your first week, you will go through onboarding with all the other new hires. It consists of specialized and internal company modules, so you can learn everything important about our company and find your bearings right from the start. Afterward, your team will welcome you.

We offer internships for students that last from 3 to 6 months. The longer your internship, the more industries and projects you will get to know. We naturally compensate for the internship. Unfortunately, we do not offer internships for high school students.
