If you hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a master’s in SCM, then you have what it takes to join HÖVELER HOLZMANN. If you happen to have worked at a consultancy which focuses on SCM during your studies, or you did an internship in procurement, all the better.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated and open-minded careers starters and graduates who are passionate about their work, who like to contribute their personality and sense of humor, and who can do so while keeping financial figures in sight. If you also like to think analytically and have a strong sense of empathy, then you’ll fit right in at Consulting.

We run an onboarding week with all our new staff, so you’ll quickly feel at home and hit the ground running. We also appoint a mentor to you, who will give you valuable advice and share important knowledge.

How We Support You

Our other team members will answer your professional and organizational questions, too, and will help you as you enter the world of consulting – preparing your first client meeting, for instance. Because it’s part of our corporate culture to discuss our latest projects and developments openly, you’ll quickly gain an overview of our processes and the work we do. New colleagues also feel at home in no time on account of the way we run our breaks (having lunch together, playing table tennis) as well as our regular celebrations and events.
