Dog-eat-dog work environment? Not at HÖVELER HOLZMANN!

Antje Böttger talks about joining the team as a manager

Why did you decide to join HÖVELER HOLZMANN and therefore, a consulting firm?

After extensive project experience gained in other companies, the job at HÖVELER HOLZMANN was an attractive challenge. On one hand, because it promised exciting insights into many new industries and a continuous learning environment. On the other hand, because I can continue to leverage my extensive experience as a project manager in retail. In addition, I can quickly provide clear and sustainable value for our customers. This motivates me.

In addition, it became clear during the application process that HÖVELER HOLZMANN is far from the typical consultancy cliché, such as a rigid hierarchy, endless PowerPoints, or a dog-eat-dog working environment. The strong team spirit provides for a high quality of work.
